• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain products — such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products — are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

• Contact our customer support team at sales@palkay.com to begin the return process.
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for returning them.
• Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with step-by-step return instructions.

Shipping Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.

2. Exchange Policy

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

• Our team will assist you with the process and provide return and replacement instructions.

Shipping Fees:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the original item.
• Palkay will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care items
• Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)

4. Damaged or Defective Items
