1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products — such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products — are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@palkay.com to begin the return process.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for returning them.

  3. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with step-by-step return instructions.

Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.


2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition.

How to Exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. Our team will assist you with the process and provide return and replacement instructions.

Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the original item.

  • Palkay will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers)


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by issuing a refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost.
